- It is very important to me that you benefit from everything you buy from my site. However, the truth is the mechanics of handling refunds is a pain, so please choose your purchases carefully. Having said that, I personally offer buyers of eBooks from RajenDevadason.com a full satisfaction guarantee on all digital products bought.
- This means that if you are not completely delighted with your purchase of my digital products, just send an email to: support@rajendevadason.com and cc a copy to rajen@rajendevadason.com within 14 days of your purchase. (Refunds cannot be extended for purchases older than a fortnight.)
- In your e-mail requesting a refund, please provide the following information:
- Your order number;
- The reason you are returning the digital product (was it damaged during download, did you receive the wrong e-book, did its contents not meet your expectations?);
- Also list what action you would like taken (would you like store credit to be extended to another ebook or ebooks, would you like extended access to purchased files, or do you just want a refund?).
- You will hear back from us as quickly as possible after the receipt of your correctly written e-mail request.
- PLEASE NOTE: All refunds issued by RajenDevadason.com digital products will be made after the deduction of a per order processing fee of US$5 or 10% of the total purchase price (WHICHEVER IS GREATER). This means that for any order under US$5, it would be impractical to make a refund since that would result in you owing me money!
- NO REFUNDS on either the cost of the item or shipping charges will be made on physical goods already shipped. These include conventional print-based books, CDs and other physical material.
- RajenDevadason.com welcomes the patronage of bona fide clients. But because of the wide-open nature of the Internet, we do reserve the right to deny refund requests from any customer who is deemed to be abusing our refund policy.
